2 story, 900 square foot apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator so you must be able to use stairs. Full kitchen, with a cozy living room and dining area and half-bath are downstairs. Upstairs opens up to a large bedroom with a laundry room off the closet and a full bath. Both the living room and bedroom are furnished with smart TV's and free wifi throughout the unit.

Cute and cozy place in the heart of downtown Frankfort. Hosts were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. This was a very easy location to find and had a lot of charm. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice and a Kuerig was available with k-cups provided. They even supplied little soaps, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Great option for a bourbon trail trip.

Such a beautiful space: hardwood floors, tall windows, neat fireplace. Perfect location for walking around town. The host is friendly and communicative! This was the perfect spot to stay for the night, thank you!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Shane’s place. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and Bourbon bars. The place was clean and stocked and had such character. We would highly recommend.

Really liked the unit and the location. I’m traveling back down for work several times over the next few months and will be reaching out to stay again. Clean, everything walkable, and a great little Irish pub across the street. Can’t wait to go back.

Cute place, clean, quiet. Had everything we needed except a USB port to charge a phone. Would definitely stay again and bring my own charger for a night in Frankfort. Recommend!

Had everything we needed and some things we forgot we needed. Wonderful space, very comfortable. The space was very quiet, parking was free and was located near the entrance. A perfect location to tour some historic distilleries. Looking for a reason to stay there again.

We’d for sure stay here again! The location was fantastic for an overnight getaway. It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants. The unit itself was phenomenal too. It was incredibly clean. I loved the decor, vaulted ceilings, and exposed brick. The beds were very comfortable. This place was a 10/10!

This was our first time on the Bourbon Trail. This was a great location to be in the downtown area, near shops/restaurants/bars and still be close to the distilleries. The apartment was very clean and easy to find. Zero issues with parking or finding the location. There are a lot of stairs, and they are steep. AJ was clear about this in the description. I appreciated them as a way to burn a few extra calories.

We spent 2 nights here. It was an ideal location to explore this historic capitol city with a small town vibe. It's within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a short drive to several distilleries. Check in and check out we're very easy and the place itself was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay but unfortunately had to check out early due to historic flooding. Everything was as described. Great restaurants within walking distance. Wicked Whisk bakery is amazing and The Brown Barrel was great. Will definitely return one day. This is a 2nd floor loft so there are a lot of steps.
