Great spot downtown as advertised!! Clean and well organized and close to all the pubs and restaurants downtown. The air conditioning worked very well even though it was very hot outside. I'll be back. Fantastic feel!!

The Bourbon Loft exceeded expectations! The soaring 12' ceilings, historic brick with original fireplaces, and beautiful hardwood floors were loved. The location is perfect, right in historic Frankfort, with restaurants and entertainment nearby. There is an easy drive to top distilleries: Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key, and Glenn's Creek. The building is charming and old with modern amenities. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stylish with historic touches. Shane was a great host, providing excellent pre-arrival instructions. Highly recommend the Bourbon Loft for future Frankfort visits!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We spent a few nights in the Bourbon Loft while passing through on the bourbon trail. We enjoyed the close access to downtown restaurants and bars. Shane was very communicative and everything was clear and easy! We would stay here again.

This place is great on its own. We loved it. But the absolute best part is that you can walk down the steps and be steps from shops and restaurants. We had an amazing dinner at Serafina and then just sat outside. So many people out and about. Everyone super friendly. Love, love this place!

Would highly recommend Shane’s place. The loft apartment was awesome, clean and the bed was super comfortable. It’s in a great location. Shane communicated great and provided very clear instructions. Will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay in Frankfort Very clean and comfy beds We walked to local restaurants (try the blueberry margarita at bourbon on main)! Shane was very responsive to any questions

Absolutely loved this historic loft! So much better than a generic hotel. We only stayed one night on our way to a wedding but wished we were staying longer. We were right in the heart of cute, historic Frankfort, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, history and so so close to the famous Buffalo Trace Distillery which we did squeeze in on our way out of town. The place was amazing! My favorite thing was the curved staircase up to the bedroom area. As mentioned in a previous review, having 2 bathrooms was great (one on each level). I have nothing negative to say about Shane’s place but if you struggle with stairs, this might not be the best option for you. We loved our short stay. Thank you Shane.

Loved the location to a variety of distilleries and local restaurants. We also loved the extra bathroom and kitchen amenities provided like bottled water, coffee, toothpaste, etc. Parking space was great, place was very clean, we’d definitely recommend it to our friends and if we’re in the area again we’d check to see if Shane’s place was available. All the people we met in town were nice and made us feel welcomed into the community.

We absolutely loved Shane’s place. Quick 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace to get your daily allowance of allocated bottles, and downtown Frankfort is right outside your door. It is truly a cute, quaint, and quiet town. Do yourself a favor and head to the HOC: A Bourbon Library, great little spot about a 2 minute walk with all the bourbon you can think of to sample. Shane’s place was immaculately cleaned, and the extra touches (Keurig cups, bottled water in the fridge, and the toiletries in the bathroom) were the icing on the cake. Will be telling everyone about this little place when visiting Kentucky!

A beautiful place in a fantastic location! Right in the heart of historic Frankfort, easy walk to all manner of restaurants and entertainment. For those who enjoy a longer walk, around a mile to the Kentucky Capitol Building, and around 1.6 miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery via the River Walk! Also an easy drive to several distilleries (Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key, Glenn's Creek). The condo is in a charming old building, and has every amenity and update you could desire. Clean, comfortable and modern with historic touches. Shane was a great host, providing great instructions before our arrival, and suggestions on several places for tours and dining. If you have issues with stairs, probably not a good fit, but for us it was not an issue. We would definitely stay at the Bourbon Loft again when we return to the Frankfurt area.
