Great spot downtown as advertised!! Clean and well organized and close to all the pubs and restaurants downtown. The air conditioning worked very well even though it was very hot outside. I'll be back. Fantastic feel!!

The Bourbon Loft exceeded expectations! The soaring 12' ceilings, historic brick with original fireplaces, and beautiful hardwood floors were loved. The location is perfect, right in historic Frankfort, with restaurants and entertainment nearby. There is an easy drive to top distilleries: Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key, and Glenn's Creek. The building is charming and old with modern amenities. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stylish with historic touches. Shane was a great host, providing excellent pre-arrival instructions. Highly recommend the Bourbon Loft for future Frankfort visits!

Shane's place was the perfect weekend retreat for our group of 6. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy. The hot tub and games were an excellent addition to unwind in the evenings after a full summer day of hiking, kayaking, and swimming in the Red River.

The cabin was great! It had large picture windows which made waking up to the sun and greenery of the environment really cool. There is also a level 2 EV charger that worked with a Tesla once a proper adapter was attached. The cabin was well maintained. The only small ding we had cabin-wise was that the upstairs AC was not working during our stay. The downstairs AC did work though, so we just set it to 65 to help cool off the upstairs at night, which worked well. The cabin is set back well off main roads with other cabins, which is great for feeling like you’re in the wilderness, which you are surrounded by, but you also have other people nearby if needed. The roads in and out are very tight in areas and can have significant grades, to the point where you may need to back up if another vehicle is coming, which could be tricky. This did not happen to us, but it was a possibility. Overall, the cabin and environment was great!

Our group really enjoyed our Bourbon Trail Trip and so much of it had to do with our accommodations. Being centrally located in Frankfort allowed our group ample opportunities for dining while also serving as a great home base for visiting nearby distilleries. Shane, our host, was very attentive and communicative. Everyone in our group commented on how great this house was and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer! I would recommend it to any group travelling in the area.

Shane’s place was beautiful! We loved the open floor plan and the huge bathtub. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed spending time together as a family at this great spot. Very close to all the hiking. We would go back again for sure. Beds were also very comfortable.

Amazing and well worth the price. It’s like another world! No city, but still close to everything! We absolutely loved our stay. I will say that you need four-wheel-drive in order to get there. It is a rough drive in, but makes it that more exciting!

Cute and cozy place in the heart of downtown Frankfort. Hosts were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. This was a very easy location to find and had a lot of charm. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice and a Kuerig was available with k-cups provided. They even supplied little soaps, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Great option for a bourbon trail trip.

The A-frame was very nice. I loved all the light and windows. It was very inviting as you walked in. The decor was modern but the furniture was comfortable. I liked that it was sort of neutral and not cheesy mountain cabin decor. Nice tech touches and modern conveniences. I appreciated the Keurig and the electric fireplace. My son appreciated the video game. We all appreciated the jacuzzi and firepit. We did not get a chance to use the bath tub, but it looked amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The master was foam. You could hear neighbors when outside but not in. I felt safe. It was really the perfect distance from other cabins, far enough away to feel isolated but not so far to feel totally alone. I also really appreciated how pet friendly the place was. There was a dog bed and food bowl and other pet items. We considered bringing our puppy but opted against it. When we saw the bed, my wife almost cried and wished we had brought him, the owner must be an animal lover.
