We come to Kentucky often and this home was one of our favorites! It was actually a lot bigger than I realized..we loved the location, the space, and the quick response from Shane. We are hoping to purchase a home in Kentucky similar to this one day soon!

My husband took a guy's trip to Shane's for the weekend and they all absolutely loved the space! They ended up staying in all weekend and had the best time there at the house! He couldn't stop talking about how awesome the house was when he came home and swears we will be returning there for a family trip soon. 10/10 recommend!

Had a great stay. Was the perfect setup for us. Shane was great and super helpful. Location was also perfect for the Bourbon Trail tours we did. Would definitely return.

Shane’ s place is beautiful. Having the upstairs bedroom separate from the kitchen and living room was lovely. The bed was beyond comfortable, with great bedding. The stairs to get to the apartment and agin to the loft were easy to manage and gave it charm. Easy walk to restaurants and downtown Frankfort. Lots of great places nearby.

We booked Shane’s cabin on a whim & it has been one of the BEST Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. It was clean, private & Shane’s directions made it easy to find. I would recommend taking a 4wd to get to the cabin, but it’s well worth the bumpy road! The cabin has a unique A frame layout and it was perfect for our 2 person stay. Our only regret was only booking for 2 nights! Hoping to come back during the summer months!

Absolutely perfect! This place is located in the beautiful historic downtown Frankfort. The town itself is gorgeous and filled with great coffee shops, diners, and bakeries. The historic buildings made you feel like you had stepped back in time. The apartment was gorgeous. So clean and comfy and stylish. They had provided everything you needed to be able to just walk in the door and relax. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place and we plan to stay here again. Would 10/10 recommend this place

Great place to stay. Very convenient to buffalo trace and into nearby restaurants. Beautiful loft. I would note that the stairs to get into the loft and to get to the bedroom in the loft are somewhat steep. After recent hip surgery, I was able to manage this, but it would be a consideration for those with some mobility issues.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. There were lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance and Buffalo Trace was within a few minutes drive. It was well equipped with everything we needed and it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home! We had a very relaxing stay. Shane was an excellent host! His responses were always fast and friendly. The house is as pretty in person as it is in the pictures! The house was super clean and had all the amenities listed. There is another Airbnb very close to the front of the house, but the backyard and hot tub felt very private. Our dog loved the dog bed and got a lot of use out of it. Thank you for hosting us Shane!

We spent Thanksgiving at the cabin. It was a near perfect retreat. Follow the directions in precisely…it can be a little confusing, but definitely worth the journey. Well-equipped, cozy,..just a fun interesting place. Beautiful design, warm & welcoming.
